No one was playing poker, but when the staff from Torque Tools Inc. of Texas recently came to the TorsionX production, assembly, calibration, repair and distribution facilities in Charleston, WV for a supplier review visit, we showed them our cards and they got a chance to hold our tools and watch the TorsionX manufacturing process from start to finish.
It also gave them a chance to learn more about our tools and for ideas and information to flow from both directions. We learn as much from our customers and distributors as they learn from us on these visits.
