TorsionX President Mike McCown and Chris Dosier, sales manager, recently visited Micromeasures Metrology Pvt. Ltd., in Chennai, India, the latest international distributor for TorsionX tools. They enjoyed three days of non-stop meetings with the Micromeasures staff and customers and look forward to supplying the company with the tools they need to do the job.
Chennai is the capital of the Indian State of Tamil Nadu and is located on the Coromandel Coast off the Bay of Bengal. It is a major cultural, economic and educational center and is known as the Detroit of India for its automobile industry.
Micromeasures will supply TorsionX tools to a number of industries in India including oil/gas, manufacturing and mining, but one of their top clients is the wind industry, helping generate clean energy for one of the world’s top, and fastest growing, economies.
