Simon Timms (left) owner of Radical Torque Solutions in Adelaide, Australia, and Mark Birtwistle, the company Shop Manager visited the offices of TorsionX and Industrial Bolting for two days. Mark spent the first day assembling power heads, ratchet links and square drive tools and on the second day he learned the “ins and outs” of the torque wrench pumps. Simon spent time with Mike McCown and Chris Dosier reviewing prices, parts and the competition.
The TorsionX staff looks forward to working with Simon and Mark and expanding the TorsionX product line throughout Australia and southeast Asia.
